The upper floor features one of the main entrances directly connected to the private parking area. Upon entering, you'll find a welcoming reception area that leads to three bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. All bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, plus additional single beds for extra guests.
A charming internal terrace is accessible from the hallway and directly from Bedroom 2, and includes a bunk bed, perfect for teenagers or younger guests.
On the lower level, you’ll find a spacious living room with cozy seating and a queen-size sofa bed—perfect for relaxing after a long day. This floor also features a fourth bathroom with shower and laundry area, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home.
Step out from the kitchen to the outdoor terrace, complete with a table and sun umbrella—an ideal spot to enjoy breakfast or a lovely meal surrounded by nature.
To ensure your comfort during any season, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.
Guests also have access to a shared garden, filled with trees and vibrant greenery, a peaceful organic vegetable garden, and a children’s play area, making it a perfect getaway for families.

By Car: After arriving in Varenna, head north and turn right onto Via per Esino (for reference, head to the Varenna-Esino train station). Drive 1.4 km and you will reach the property, Via per Esino 25, on your left. There are 2 main gate entrances, head to the upper gate. Here, there is a large private parking for up to 3 cars. If you or someone in your party requires any accessibility accommodations, please contact us, and we will arrange for you to park at the lower gate to avoid staircases.
By Train: Once you arrive at the Varenna-Esino train station, you have the option of taking a Taxi, Private Car, Bus or Walking to the property.
By Ferry: Once you arrive at the Varenna Ferry Terminal, you have the option of reaching the property by Taxi, Private Car, Bus or Walking.
By Bus: From the train station or ferry, take the D21 Bus to Esino Lario and after 5 minutes stop at Perledo - Vezio. Walk 100 meters north/uphill and you arrive at the property. There are 2 main gate entrances, head to the upper one.
Walking: The property is located 350 meters from the Varenna-Esino Train Station. The walk is uphill with a mix of road and pedestrian staircases, which leads you to the pedestrian entrance of the property. From the Varenna Ferry terminal, the distance to the property is around 750 meters.
